Teamworks (the athlete-operations platform many college and elite programs run on) doesn't hand out a calendar URL — it connects to your calendar account and writes events in. Here's the Outlook path, which is web-only to set up.
Know what Teamworks gives you — there is no link to copy. Stop hunting for an iCal or webcal URL in Teamworks Hub; there isn't one. Hub connects to your Microsoft account and writes events into a calendar you choose — a direct connection, no URL juggling.
Open Teamworks Hub on the web. Calendar sync is a web-only feature — you can't set it up from the phone app. Sign in at your organization's Teamworks Hub on a computer.
Go to Calendar → Settings → Sync Settings → Get Started. Any Teamworks user can sync their own calendar — you don't need staff or admin rights. Choose Outlook/Microsoft as the connection and approve the account prompt.
Pick the destination calendar and confirm. Hub writes into the Outlook calendar you select. Give it a few minutes for the first fill, then spot-check this week's practices against Hub.
My family plans in Google/Apple, not Outlook
Connect Hub to whichever account it offers that you actually use — or run the family's merged calendar in Schedule Caddie and subscribe Outlook to that single feed instead (Add calendar → Subscribe from web). One place to manage everything, and change-alert emails included.
A game moved but Outlook still shows the old time
Outlook refreshes subscribed internet calendars on its own cycle — commonly several hours, and Microsoft doesn't publish a guaranteed interval, so allow up to a day. The subscription IS working; it's just quiet about changes. If you want to know the day something moves, route the feed through Schedule Caddie first — free change-alert emails name exactly what changed while Outlook catches up.
Not that Teamworks documents — the sync flow is account-to-account. If a raw feed URL matters to your setup (say, for a wall display), sync Hub into a calendar first and share from there, or ask your program's Teamworks admin what your org has enabled.
Either — the connection lives on your Microsoft account, so events appear everywhere that account signs in: outlook.com, the desktop apps, and the phones.
