Almost everyone who searches for this has already tried the classic TeamSnap instructions and come up empty. That is the whole story: TeamSnap ONE is a different product from classic TeamSnap, with its own interface and its own calendar export — so the Schedule tab → Settings → Sync Calendar / Export path every older guide describes simply does not exist where you are standing.
Here is how to tell which app you are in, where ONE keeps its link, why that link looks nothing like the ones in other guides, and what to do with it once you have it.
First, confirm which TeamSnap you are actually in. TeamSnap ONE is TeamSnap's newer app and a separate product from classic TeamSnap — different interface, different calendar path. The quickest tell: in classic TeamSnap, the calendar link lives on the website under your team's Schedule tab → Settings → Sync Calendar / Export (and on the iPhone app behind the export icon on the Schedule tab). If your export screen looks nothing like that, you are in ONE, and every classic guide you have read is describing a screen you do not have.
In TeamSnap ONE, go looking on the schedule side. ONE hands out its calendar link from its own interface rather than from a classic team site. Look for Schedule → sync/subscribe or calendar export. One path club and league families report: All Schedules → the calendar icon → Sync other calendar, which emails you the links rather than showing them on screen. ONE's menus shift between releases, so treat the wording as a description of what to hunt for rather than an exact click path.
Copy the link — expect it to look unfamiliar. A ONE calendar link is a calendar-api style URL and looks nothing like the classic ical-cdn.teamsnap.com links in older guides. That difference alone sends a lot of parents back to searching, convinced they grabbed the wrong thing. They did not. Both shapes are ordinary subscribable calendar feeds, and both import into Schedule Caddie — we have had real ONE feeds syncing since September 2026.
Paste it into Schedule Caddie (free). Add Schedule → paste the link. ONE's feed files carry a formatting quirk that makes some calendar apps choke on them; we clean that up on the way in, so the events land whether or not your calendar app would have accepted the raw file. Add the other kids' feeds and the school PDF while you are there — one family calendar beats one more silo — and you get an email whenever a coach moves something.
Or subscribe to it directly in your calendar app. Prefer the raw feed in one calendar? Google Calendar (on the web, not the phone app): the + next to "Other calendars" → From URL → paste. Apple: Settings → Apps → Calendar → Calendar Accounts → Add Account → Other → Add Subscribed Calendar. Outlook: Add calendar → Subscribe from web. If a link starts with webcal://, change that prefix to https:// first.
Once the ONE feed is in a calendar app, the schedule maintains itself — but quietly. Google and Apple re-read subscribed feeds on their own cycle, typically every 12 to 24 hours; Outlook publishes no guaranteed interval at all. None of them notify you when an event moves. A game someone rescheduled this morning can still show the old time at pickup. Schedule Caddie checks the same feed every hour and emails you exactly what changed, so the calendar stays the record and the email does the alerting.
Paste the link into Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook and it works — once you find it — and that is the catch with ONE specifically: the link is real, but it is in a place none of the classic guides describe, and its unfamiliar shape makes people doubt they copied the right thing. You are also still one link per schedule, so a second kid on a different app means a second subscription and a second calendar to check.
Every guide says Schedule tab → Settings → Sync Calendar / Export, and I have no such screen
Then you are in TeamSnap ONE, not classic TeamSnap — they are two different products, and only the classic one has that path. In ONE, look for Schedule → sync/subscribe or calendar export instead; club and league families often find it as All Schedules → calendar icon → Sync other calendar, which emails the links out. If you also have a classic TeamSnap team, that team keeps its own separate link at teamsnap.com.
My link looks wrong — it is not an ical-cdn.teamsnap.com URL
That is what a ONE link looks like: a calendar-api style URL rather than the classic ical-cdn.teamsnap.com one. Nothing is broken. Paste it into Schedule Caddie as-is.
My calendar app refused the ONE link
ONE's feed files include a formatting quirk that some calendar apps reject outright. Schedule Caddie handles it — paste the link here and subscribe your calendar to the merged Schedule Caddie feed instead of fighting the raw file.
A game moved but my calendar still shows the old time
Subscribed feeds refresh on the calendar app's own cycle — Google and Apple are commonly 12 to 24 hours behind, Outlook does not publish a guaranteed interval, and none of them announce the change when it lands. Schedule Caddie checks the same ONE feed every hour and emails you exactly what changed, so the calendar is the record and the email is the heads-up.
No. ONE is TeamSnap's newer app and a separate product from classic TeamSnap, with its own interface and its own calendar export path. That is the single biggest source of confusion here: parents follow classic-TeamSnap instructions inside ONE, find nothing where the guides say it should be, and assume their club turned the feature off.
Because it comes from ONE's own interface — it is a calendar-api style link, not the classic ical-cdn.teamsnap.com URL most older guides show. Both are normal subscribable calendar feeds and both import into Schedule Caddie.
Yes — real ONE feeds have been syncing here since September 2026, and we also handle a formatting quirk in ONE’s feed files that makes some calendar apps choke on them. Classic TeamSnap links work too, so a family with one kid on each does not have to choose.
We hedge on this deliberately: ONE's menus move between releases, so an exact click path published today can be wrong next month. Look for Schedule → sync/subscribe or calendar export. The path club and league families most often land on is All Schedules → calendar icon → Sync other calendar, which emails you the links.
Not from TeamSnap — classic or ONE. Each team or player schedule is its own feed, and nothing on TeamSnap's side merges them. Paste each link into Schedule Caddie (free) and you get one merged, color-coded calendar covering every kid, every app, plus the school PDF, and one URL to hand your calendar app or the kitchen display.
No. Google, Apple, and Outlook all update subscribed feeds quietly on their own cycle — the event just changes, with nothing announcing it. Schedule Caddie checks the feed every hour and emails you exactly what changed: new time, old time, which team.
Every kid, every schedule, every app — merged, color-coded, and watched for changes.
